Crash Test Dummies v. Chrysler Canada
In 1995 Kemp Barristers was retained by the individual members of the music recording group known as Crash Test Dummies to commence legal action against Chrylsler Canada related to the use of the words "crash test dummies" in a magazine advertisement. The action was successfully resolved by the payment of an undisclosed monetary sum to Crash Test Dummies.
